Results from the OXiNEMS project have been presented at the 19th International Workshop on Nanomechanical Sensing (NMC24) in Vienna, Austria on June 24-27, 2024. This year the workshop has been organized by Prof. Silvan Schmid from TU Wien.
Luca Pellegrino gave the talk “A Hybrid Superconductor/Nanomechanical Magnetic Field Detector for Biomagnetism” and Nicola Manca presented the poster “Integration of High-TC Superconductor with High Q Factor Oxide Mechanical Resonators” and the poster "(La,Sr)MnO3 trampoline resonator for room-temperature bolometers".
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N.828784.
